Salted Caramel Budino
Salad was served with a side of potato salad and an olive oil balsamic vinaigrette. The tuna was surprisingly good.
The pork chop was good, not dried out. The BBQ peach sauce was a little sweet and spicy. The polenta was nice and rich.
The "Salted Caramel Budino" was like an oreo creme brûlée with carmel sauce instead of sugar on top. Not very salty, but tasty nonetheless.
