I think I'd prefer to get up, walk down to the galley and get a couple of extra bottles of whatever I wanted.

Funnily enough, if I behaved like the OP and the crew member brought me a drink saying "Here's your drink, SIR", that would probably be more of a wake up call to me than anything else.
