Lately I've been disciplining myself to eat more raw vegetables as its slightly more nutritious than cooked vegetables, and takes more energy to digest.
Celery, cucumber, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli are my go to raw vegetables. I try to limit the dip that I use, as Ranch dip is quite fattening.
