I use Delta.com and select flight by schedule rather than price, usually look for out and back so flights I have selected are for max MQM and lowest cpm. Have one for Nov 11-14 that gives a cost of 3.1 cpm when they had low fares several months ago. Look for a flight from SEA JFK or SEA ATL whichever will give you most miles at lowest cost and return via same route. Try and see what works best.
