Le Sirenuse is the only one of these at which I have stayed, and I loved it. Strangely, when I look at your list of criteria, it doesn't come out so great -- the room was comfortable but small, restaurant just OK -- but the view from the terrace was great and service excellent. I really felt like a special guest.
