Why must you be responsible for your friend's wedding arrangements? Urge her to hire a wedding planner or work through a top hotel's wedding/function sales department.

Budget? Number of guests? Style? Religious ceremony? Wild party? Sedate dinner?

Are bride and groom from Singapore? If not, what are the legal details of getting married there?
