However it can be because the pax is in F Class with no status but transiting to a BA or other airline flight and the MSC rule might not click in (sep tickets etc...)
She was using CX F desk in TPE to fly CX to HKG then on to LHR. She was arguing that she is BA gold and her bag can weigh 23 kg not 20 KG and I think her attitude didnt go down too well so they said make it 20 KG and it gets checked or you dont go anywhere.
