TK is notorious for dropping segments if their flight is getting full in J.

Escalate it to supervisor if you have to. I do not take any cr**p from AE about we are busy & ticket will be re-issued.
I insist they issue it while I am on hold.
Once the ticket is re-issued , do not trust AE to send it to TK. Call TK, & have them give you the tix # & make sure it matches with the one emailed to you.
I just got off the phone with AP and the agent said that the ticketing department doesn't open until 9 AM. Said that she will put an urgent note on my file to have ticket reissued.

TK can see my flight booking as I have their respective PNR. TK agent just said there's some sort of synch issue but he can see my flight details..just that he cannot change my seat number as it wont save.

I will heed your advice RE calling back TK and all oper. carrier to ensure no problems on my reward booking. But isn't TK tix # the same with AC # starting 014? Or do they have a separate 235 number like having a separate PNR from AP PNR?

This sucks as I leave on Thursday
