Call AE back pronto and have them re-issue the ticket ASAP. TK will drop the segment if no tix numbers are in within 48 hours.
TK is notorious for dropping segments if their flight is getting full in J.

Escalate it to supervisor if you have to. I do not take any cr**p from AE about we are busy & ticket will be re-issued.
I insist they issue it while I am on hold.
Once the ticket is re-issued , do not trust AE to send it to TK. Call TK, & have them give you the tix # & make sure it matches with the one emailed to you.
