As I said a little while ago, there are offers out there with those T/C, but the Wiki link doesn't say that. It says "new accounts only". Sounds very much like he used the wrong link. Note the, yes, precise verbiage "this specific offer". Not this card is only, but this specific offer. I'm thinking operator error.
As for third time is the death knell, even 20 reports tell us nothing if they all used a bad link.
How about if even one person reports success on Monday, we know the problem was with the applications, or applicants, not the deal at all.
I hope I'm wrong, but it sure sounds like someone is being a cheerleader for "the deal is dead"....
Personally, I'm leaning the other way.
