AA does this. It's a disgrace that Delta does not. I hope those on their 4 and 5 figure J tickets recognize the pettiness and cheapness of Delta and try someone else next time.
There are many reasons my paid J and F tickets go to AA and other Oneworld carriers. This latest downgrade is yet another reason to give $ to other carriers.
