Hello, I have always been a big fan of HAL. One of my friends just got a message from someone who is on the Baltic cruise and is currently in Copenhagen. He has the money to afford the suites on the Neptune Floor.

He has gone on many HAL cruises and has always loved them. This time, however, he messaged my friend and told him the food and service have gone downhill. This is the first time he has been disappointed by HAL.

Does anyone else feel this way? I have two HAL cruises scheduled in the next six months and would like to know what other people think. Thanks!
