Question "First purchase" and "$x spend in x months" bonuses good for same initial purchase?
Perhaps said a different way, does the "initial purchase" for X bonus also count towards the "$x spend in x months" bonus? Or is the second bonus counted for purchases after the initial one?

Any commonality across issuers on this? What's your experiences?
