CIHY, I know the WW pursers are very good and experienced to deal with literally anything that can happen on a plane. What I am saying is that this creates a huge gap between the pursers of WW/EF fleet with the Mixed fleet in terms of how they respond to problems on a plane, thus needing the CSM to solve most of the problems.
