You should be able to use fast track immigration. Ask for fast track card at check-in. I've seen pax showing business class boarding pass stub as well.

I've heard a lot of fraud alerts about IST airport taxis. Hotel transfer will be more expensive compared to fair taxi. I paid as much as 90 EUR to Conrad Istanbul one way. It was a nice Land Rover ride though.
