The space itself I think is quite impressive in sheer size and the outdoor patio I think is great. The actual service and the contents like food and such are subpar since it's like any other SkyClub. I'm happy with the breakfast offerings, but the daytime and evening food is just poor. Plus, if I were paying for biz, to have to pay more for a premium cocktail or wine would really piss me off.

I was going to say that American Express Publishing might be biased to DL but then they only publish Food & Wine, Travel & Leisure, plus their own mags for customers

It's all a step up from the old NW and DL lounges (well, I do really like the DTW and that era style too)
