It's also listed under "booking conditions" which you can read after selecting a room type and before you input your credit card number. Was that section not available on your booking?
I just did a sample booking for Berlin for Sept 28, using the same rate you described, and this info appears:
Cancellation: FREE cancellation before 14 September 2013. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. (Times quoted are from the hotel’s time-zone (CEST) )
Prepayment: No deposit will be charged.
