I think that the Marquis program became the Marriott Rewards program and all the other "chain" programs were done away with. IOW, in my total # of nights with the MR program today, I think it includes the nights I stayed at FS Marriotts during the Marquis days, but it does not count any of my CY or FFI Club nights.

The CY program gave a free night cert for every 12 nights. When the Marriott Rewards program started, they gave me 1000 pts for each night that I had "banked" (i.e. nights toward my next free night cert) and closed down the CY Club program at that time. I remember trying to get my 12th night just before the cutover so that I could get one last free night.
