Yeah it doesn't seem to affect corporate "competition", like you can get credits from the Enterprise off-site at YVR even though there's a National in-terminal.

Also there are some oddities, like you can't get credits at the off-site at YYJ (franchised Naitonal in-terminal), yet you CAN get credit (and I have) at the Government St. location even though there's a National less than a mile away.
