Just wondering if anyone else has done this and experienced a hassle at the front desk upon check-in? I did PM another FT member who did this as well and confirmed it was fine for 2 adults and 2 little kids, so obviously it can be done. Just not sure if perhaps some hotel staff may be more lenient about this, or is this really just a Marriott website glitch that doesn't allow you to make a reservation in the studio rooms with kids?
Definitely doable, but IMHO a one bedroom is so much larger, with a full kitchen (even if you don't need it, for 3 nights you probably don't), your own washer/dryer, plus if you get an older building a sitting room with doors that close (making room for a rollaway), for me I'd see if I could snag the one bedroom. The studio is very small, and the kids would have to share a small sofa sleeper (double bed size). Plus, when one is awake, you'll all be up.
Just my two cents!
