Both crews that we had for our recent trip could be described as 'scatty' and there were inconsistencies throughout. The first lot didn't even know about a pudding or cheese course! I have to say, given that the hard product is really terrible, they ought to make an effort to get the soft product up to scratch, which includes training crews to ensure that CE passengers get all the goodies - one assumes that BA may have to pay for Fast Track, so it's a shame that crews can't remember to hand out quite a meaningful benefit.
First of all, the whole cheese/desert change was very badly communicated to the crew, hence why they probably didn`t know anything about it.
Secondly Fast Track cards for arriving into IST are not carried on board & are given out during disembarking, if they are handed to the crew member who opens the door by the ground staff. If they are not then they can`t be handed out.
