Nope - never saw any at all. Previously 18 months ago we never saw any either. Seriously, the immigration queue was hell for our arrival and Fast track cards would have been more than welcome.

Both crews that we had for our recent trip could be described as 'scatty' and there were inconsistencies throughout. The first lot didn't even know about a pudding or cheese course! I have to say, given that the hard product is really terrible, they ought to make an effort to get the soft product up to scratch, which includes training crews to ensure that CE passengers get all the goodies - one assumes that BA may have to pay for Fast Track, so it's a shame that crews can't remember to hand out quite a meaningful benefit.
