It may take some explanation to make certain they redeem the correct certs. In the past year, I've had the regular PC dining certs, Fairmont Visa sign up certs, and Fairmont Visa bonus (with min spend in x first months) breakfast certs, all with different expiration dates.

I had trouble with them using the certs with the farthest expiration date instead of the ones expiring soonest, using dinner ones for breakfast (which I wanted to save for dinner, since one isn't supposed to be able to use lunch/dinner ones for breakfast, etc.

Everything has gotten straightened out with a phone call or two afterwards, and customer service has always been friendly and helpful, but it took time and effort.

An embarassment of riches, and lots of good meals, and no misplaced/forgotten paper certs. But I've learned to double check my profile afterwards to make certain that the correct ones were used.
