i recently attempted to use Skypass' Family Plan, where you can pool miles for family members, up to 5 if I recall correctly. the website is a nightmare to navigate through; at the end i had no idea if it was done correct because it would not show up correctly. in the end mrs. dearbee had to call KE directly and have them manually check/ confirm and ultimately they handled the award ticket.

thankfully, for our last award ticket, i had enough points on UR to be able to use Chase's website and book the ticket. what a snap. easy peasy.
If you have enough miles in your own account to redeem F awards, they're pretty easy to come by, and the website is pretty straightforward in that regard as well.
