Kudos to the EWR US GA
Yesterday received excellent customer service from the GA at EWR. My flight was showing ontime, but I inquired about an earlier flight that was leaving (it was late by about 1.5 hrs). She took some time to dig around about my flight,and advised it didn't look good. She then found me the best available seat, exit row, aisle on the flight leaving in minutes.
Well Done!!!
I got home 1.5 hrs earlier as a result, and my original flight was indeed delayed 3 hrs. Net difference being 4.5 hrs!

Another CP there told me the US GAs are very helpful at EWR, and they lived up to that claim!
I criticize the bad, so only fair to complement the good!
