Yes you continue to receive all Silver statuses (lounges, BPs, baggage) until the expiry date on your card - effectively for about 7 weeks after the end of your membership year. Of course any TPs you earn during that period are too late to help you keep your status - they go into your new membership year.. in fact I think that ba.com still shows you as Silver until the expiry on your card..
