Thanks everyone! We are a group of 4 - 3 adults and a teenager so we can handle the baggage easily enough - one bag per person. I think, however, when I add on the extra train trip and routing, I'm not saving much by avoiding BA. Maybe we'll find another destination with a non-stop route.
