I'm not familiar with the colloquial Dutch terms, but in English, please don't. It is wrong in every way and thoroughly confusing for everyone. Passport control is not customs.
In the EU, this matters greatly, since if you fly from a non-Schengen country, via Schengen country A, to Schengen country B, you'll normally go though passport control in country A and customs after picking up your luggage in country B.
