Car rates fluctuate greatly in LAS. I would book whatever is cheapest and then keep an eye out for changes in pricing. If you are not ocd enough, autoslash.com will keep an eye on pricing for you. Generally, pick up pricing on strip is more expensive than picking up at the airport due to higher base rates.
