The Millennium is currently docked about 500 feet from where I work. Celebrity has chartered several flights to get the remaining passengers out.

In all my years of living here, I have never seen this kind of big break down.

For those that were on this cruise, Celebrity is flying them back to Seattle or Vancourver. The full cost of the cruise was refunded and all passengers was given a certificate for another cruise at a different time.

I'm not really sure what more Celebrity should be doing?

The ferry is nice, but they have a very high rate of mechanical malfunction.

What more should Celebrity do?

They've refunded your money and given you extra.
