I actually came in here to post the same thing. I was checking my 11/29 flight the Friday after Thanksgiving from PNS to PIT to see if the prices (points) had gone down, and it said:

Flights from Pensacola - PNS to Pittsburgh - PIT are not scheduled to operate on 11/29/2013. Please select an alternate date or choose another origination/destination. Please visit the Southwest Airlines interactive route map for alternate choices.

I panicked but then assumed there may be an issue with their site... this thread confirmed my suspicion.
