You may be able to submit receipts for the non-refundable expenses and get reimbursed for part of them. Again check on the Celebrity board on cruise critic and others may have posted ways to do this. Just took a quick scan for you, and some have reported that Celebrity is offering to pay up to $200 in airline change fees for them so you definitely should look over there for advice.
