Good to know that the construction sites apparently are less disturbing than the one I experienced across from the Gallery Hotel some years ago.

As for taxis, I guess it depends a lot on the time of the day and the weather. Calling a taxi should always work, and I agree that may in the end even be quicker than waiting in a taxi queue.
