Celebrity customer service is horrible and they are offering full refund + 25% credit for future purchase with them.

Please share anyone what do i do...I have hotels, flights, car rentals everything planned. flights are booked with miles...I have to check their cancellation policy...
If I were you, I'd keep the hotels, and simply fly to Alaska. With any luck, you should be able to get mileage seats into ANC, and then drive to Seward (one of the best vacations I've ever taken).
