AA will let you re-book the award flights (subject to availability) for up to one year from original ticketing date, for no charge.

But before you change your flights or re-deposit your miles, you might also check the 90-day ticker at http://www.vacationstogo.com to see if another cruise line is offering a good deal on a similar cruise at about the same time as your now-canceled cruise.
