I generally find the washroom facilities in all of the BA lounges in LHR fairly dreadful - they feel temporary and poorly conceived all-around. This does not surprise me in the last. The shower rooms are really sort of a joke compared to even AF; industrial and hospital-like. Not premium. A waste bin in the least offensive thing about that picture in my opinion.
