When I mentioned this on checkout, they said I should have been offered either a coupon for breakfast or 750 points. The manager promised to investigate.
Final glitch - they charged me two bucks to stow my bag. Manager said this was a "NYC union rule" (!).
Did the manager also offer to make sure you got the 750 points in addition to investigating? If not, contact MRCS & ask them to post them.
