flight landed early at 1620, and gated at 33. Made a quick sprint to E2 transfer desk and made it there at 1635. Asked if I had any check-in luggage which I said no. She commented that I am lucky because if I had bags then the answer would have been I'm too late.

I guess they are pretty flexible as long as you don't have bags and they think you can make it via the train to skypier.
