I am not sure where to post this so please move to the appropriate location if necessary. I am getting unusual responses when I attempt to find award seats on Star Alliance. Instead of the usual + or - sign regarding availability, I know see "@" and "?" signs. I have the most recent update installed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
