My guess would be that you can only change the leg that is directly affected, however if there are directly conntecting legs before or after that and if is all Lufthansa and if there are meaningful alternatives they might be some flexibility on those legs. You will only find out if you phone them and try it out I am afraid...

What airlines are invovled?
Miles ticket or paid ticked?
Routing how much time between the legs (i.e. are these straigtforward connections or stopovers..)
