This doesn't work for everyone. I froze EX last night and applied for the plat AA. Status pending. Phoned in and they said they absolutely had to pull EX. Unfroze it this morning, called AA and they still can't pull my credit. Just comes back blank (Amex and Chase went thru this morning so I know its unfrozen). Asked again if they could pull another bureau since EX isn't working and was told "its not their procedure to pull elsewhere". I need to check the EX freeze thread, but has anyone else unfroze their acct and it comes back blank?
