Codeshares are always a problem for *A earnings, since it is the booking class of the operating carrier that determines your mileage accrual. That said, I thought the M&M integrated carriers aligned their booking classes with UA/CO a while back, in which case H on UA should be H on LH also, but I might be wrong?
I think your best bet would be to call the operating carrier and ask them what your booking class is (in this case UA for the last leg, and LX and LH for the first and second legs, respectively).
