Just today I helped a friend book SFO-TPE-BKK in C on EVA (77W both segments) for September 16. Exact date and times he wanted. No problems and he is a GM.

On the domestic side, last week I was able to book ANC mom to LAX the day before thanksgiving o/w in F on a partner award.

Call me satisfied.
