For the distance ORD-HNL is a bargain. Once you start including ORD-HNL, you really should include all F for mid- to longer domestic routes.
Doesn't NYC-SFO, LAX have access to the lounge? That was an exception made. My ORD-HNL flights are twice the distance, same fare, but I get no lounge access and the food is worse on the flight.
ORD-HNL in First should get lounge access since everything else is so bad on that flight.
BOS-LAX usually prices between 1500-2500 in First. I paid 4K for my ORD-HNL flight. Not me, but you know.
