As pointed out there are no banks at Gatwick.

Closest banks would be in the town of Horley which is about 8 minutes drive away, 1 train stop on the local service or about 20 - 25 minutes walk from the South Terminal transit station - if you're fit

I believe there are branches of Barclays, Natwest and HSBC and Halifax there.

This would all depend on the timing of your flight!
