Point of Sale is the primary question and not necessarily currency type.

CO.bomb effectively does this for ex-India tickets - one can choose Country, and then the fare basis and the associated pricing does indeed vary...

However, solely using this observation cannot confirm that this is a POS variation - it most probably is, but may not be.
