But I think discrimination by nationality just crossed one of the few red lines there are here. They can give the discount to all visitors, but they can't discriminate by race.
Unfortunately the marketing agency is Ctrip and the accomodation purchase is done within China, so I don't see how Ctrip can be dragged into EOC HK.
Furthermore, Ctrip (being a Chinese company) can say it is only favouring locals from its point of view.
Race and nationality are two different things.
