+1 for the tube, but not sure what people think but you can switch at Green Park via Victoria Line (less stops) however the transfer will be a pain in the ***
for the sake of a few stops I wouldn't bother switching to the Victoria line at green park as any time saved would be wasted switching lines
But its good for people to have that knowledge in case of possible delays or disruptions
