it's odd nobody mentioned these hotels : I never stayed at the properties, but it seems they are the only ones even trying to be luxurious , "Cramim" near jerusalem and "Beresheet" in Mitzpe Ramon by Isrotel (and maybe the other "luxury collection" hotels by this hotel chain)
