This sounds fantastic and is one of the reasons why I've saved all the points for the trip - to experience a little bit of luxury. It would be great if the crew could be made aware of the trip - though reading about what you get on the plane in FIRST, I don't see what else they could do to make it even more special!

You are about to educate your wife,flying in F is the "Heroin" of air travel.Checkin may want to see your wife because of the Esta issue.Perhaps you can send her on a trivial errand whilst you get to the desk first and give the staff a quick heads up about your nice surprise.They may even call ahead to the lounge for you,so the secret is kept.
